Bradley Cooper buys three-level town house in Venice

Film and television actor Bradley Cooper has purchased a town house in the 35-unit Dogtown Station in Venice.
The 2,198 square feet of loft space has glass walls, 9- to 18-foot ceilings, an open floor plan and polished concrete and hardwood plank flooring. There is a gated garage entry and a private rooftop deck with skyline and ocean views.
Cooper’s unit occupies three levels and includes two bedrooms, a loft room and two bathrooms. The sales price has not yet been disclosed, but the town house had been on the market for $1.25 million. He plans to use the town house as office space for his Indiana & 22nd production company. All the lofts are zoned as live/work space.
Cooper, 35, starred in the 2009 movies “The Hangover” and “ All About Steve.” He has appeared on “Nip/Tuck” (2007-2009) and “Alias” (2001-2006).
Charlotte Bjorlin D’Elia and Robert D’Elia, the owners and co-designers of Dogtown Station, handled the transaction.
