A Denver-focused daily Web magazine led by former staffers of the defunct Rocky Mountain News said its last day would be Monday.
One of the editors, Steve Foster, said the Rocky Mountain Independent’s site didn’t catch fire. He said it had about 200 subscribers and some advertising, but it didn’t get enough traffic to lure needed advertising.
