Imus to sue CBS for contract pay

Disgraced former radio host Don Imus will sue CBS Radio Inc. for the huge portion of his $40-million contract that was left unpaid after he was dismissed for making racist and sexist comments, his attorney said.

Imus was three months into the five-year deal with New York-based CBS when he was fired April 12 for making the comments about the Rutgers women’s basketball team.
