From Times Wire Reports
The fifth tropical storm of the Atlantic hurricane season, Ernesto, formed in the Caribbean and could become a hurricane threatening U.S. oil and gas platforms in the Gulf of Mexico next week, forecasters said in Miami. The storm was expected to strengthen over the warm waters of the Gulf.
