Driver Indicted in Deaths of 3 Vegas Pedestrians

A California man accused of intentionally plowing his car into a crowd on the Las Vegas Strip in September 2005, killing three people and injuring 11, has been indicted on first-degree murder charges.
Stephen M. Ressa, 28, of Rialto is to appear Wednesday in Clark County District Court on the county grand jury indictment, a court clerk said.
