Walter E. Jagiello, who recorded 110 albums as “Lil’ Wally the Polka King” and gained fame in Chicago as a co-writer of the fight song “Let’s Go, Go-Go White Sox,” died Aug. 17 of heart failure in Miami Beach, Fla. He was 76.
