Israeli Soldiers Kill Palestinian

JERUSALEM — Israeli soldiers killed a Palestinian and wounded three others today at a checkpoint in the West Bank, Israel Radio said.
The radio said troops at the Hawara checkpoint near the city of Nablus opened fire at a vehicle in which the four were traveling.
The Haaretz news website quoted security officials as saying the car had tried to bypass the checkpoint.
