100 Arrested as Troops Search for Kidnappers

Government troops arrested about 100 people in a search for militants suspected of taking oil workers hostage in Nigeria’s petroleum-rich south.
The forces set up roadblocks around Port Harcourt, which has been the site of 15 kidnappings in the last two weeks. President Olusegun Obasanjo declared a clampdown last week.
