Judge Throws Out Some Charges Against Gotti

A judge in New York threw out money laundering and racketeering charges against John A. “Junior” Gotti, son of the late boss of the Gambino crime family. U.S. District Judge Shira A. Scheindlin ruled the government couldn’t bring the charges because they violated a 1999 plea agreement in another case.
