Bennett Thomson, 71, a stage manager who worked with Hal Holbrook’s one-man show “Mark Twain Tonight!” for 33 years, died Aug. 15 in Sarasota, Fla., of complications from lung surgery. He was also stage manager for Marlene Dietrich’s Broadway concerts in 1968.
