Update -- Sacramento, which has been idle since its seven-game winning streak was ended Friday by Phoenix, needs to win two of its final six games to wrap up the best record in the West and home-court advantage in the conference playoffs. All six games are against West teams. The Sparks, who defeated Indiana on Saturday, are in fifth, half a game behind fourth-place Phoenix for the final playoff spot. The Mercury, though, holds the tiebreaker edge over the Sparks. Sacramento is the probable first-round matchup for whichever team finishes fourth. The Sparks have been blown out twice this year at Sacramento but won the meeting at Staples. The Sparks need a big game from Mwadi Mabika, who has scored 18 points over her last three games after scoring 17 against Minnesota on Aug. 7.
