Tim Stoen, once legal advisor to Jim Jones, who presided over the Jonestown mass suicide in Guyana, is to be Humboldt County assistant district attorney. Dist. Atty.-elect Paul Gallegos said Stoen, a prosecutor in Mendocino County, is his choice.
