From Times Wire Reports
The Philippine Supreme Court ordered the arrest of a lawmaker wanted by U.S. authorities for allegedly making illegal campaign contributions to former President Clinton.
A regional court had granted Mark Jimenez bail last year, but prosecutors challenged that ruling.

President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo said Jimenez would turn himself in. His case is seen as a test of an extradition treaty signed by U.S. and Philippine officials in 1996.
