A low-cost anti-rabies vaccination clinic for cats and dogs will take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Nov. 7 at the Orange County Animal Shelter, 561 City Drive South. Each rabies vaccine will cost $5. Dogs must be leashed and cats must be in pet carriers. Information: (562) 948-4979.
