Loyola 41, Alemany 10--The Cubs (7-1, 1-0) scored 28 unanswered points and finished with 526 yards at Alemany.
The Indians (2-6, 0-1) were limited to 156 yards. A.J. Anthony completed six of 22 passes for 58 yards and one interception.
John Coleman, who replaced Anthony in the fourth quarter after Anthony suffered a head injury, scored on a one-yard sneak with 2:12 to play.
Garret Marxen kicked a 47-yard field goal for Alemany, which trailed, 28-3, at halftime.
Loyola quarterback Matt Ware rushed for 103 yards and three touchdowns in seven carries. Ware left the game in the third quarter and did not return after sustaining a leg injury.
