The Santa Margarita Water District began construction of a waste-water pipeline along Los Alisos Boulevard on Monday. This is the second phase of the project, which will extend the pipeline from 2nd Street to Trabuco Road. Construction will cause temporary road closures and traffic delays.
Construction will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The project is scheduled to be completed by Jan. 6.
