The Child Safety Fair, hosted by the Police Department, will feature a birthday celebration for Officer McGruff, the crime-fighting dog.
Vehicles in the anti-drug program DARE will be on display, and officers of mounted and canine details will be on hand. Parents can get information on crime prevention, family services and child health care. Photo opportunities and free fingerprinting will be featured.
The event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday in front of the Police Department, 11301 Acacia Parkway. Information: (714) 741-5760.
