Tekelec Reports Soaring Net Income for Quarter

Tekelec, Calabasas, reported net income of $6.2 million for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, compared to net income of $920,000 for the same period last year. Revenue rose 29% to $83.8 million from $64.7 million.
