Providence Holy Cross Begins Building Project

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center, Mission Hills, has broken ground on a 25,000-square-foot, single-story building to house a new outpatient rehabilitation facility, a library and hospital administration.
It is scheduled to open in the fall of 2001. Future projects include expansion of the emergency, trauma and imaging services departments.
Providence Holy Cross is a nonprofit, 257-bed facility with a staff of more than 600 physicians representing 40 specialties. The center offers health services from inpatient to outpatient and home care.
