Another Fenwick is making a name for himself in the coaching ranks. Tyler Fenwick, the 24-year-old son of former Cal State Northridge and Valley College coach Jim Fenwick, is largely responsible for putting together Birmingham’s run-and-shoot passing attack.
Fenwick, who played football at Chaminade, Valley and New Mexico, is in his first season of coaching. He learned the passing game from his father.
“I love it,” he said of coaching.
Jim is offensive coordinator at Eastern Oregon.
