Palmdale 17, Lancaster 6--A turnover set up the go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter for visiting Palmdale, which stayed unbeaten in league play.
Jamil Smith intercepted a Josh Pratt pass on Palmdale’s 25-yard line with 6:33 left to play.
Eight plays later, Emanuel Johnson scored on a one-yard run with 3:16 left to give the Falcons (5-1-1, 2-0) a 10-6 lead. Johnson rushed for 88 yards in 14 carries.
Bobby Bynum of Palmdale scored on a six-yard run in the final minute after Lancaster (2-5, 0-2) turned the ball over on downs.
Tony Ortiz rushed for 110 yards in 22 carries, including a one-yard touchdown run, for the Eagles.
