Thousand Oaks 36, Agoura 16--Ben Olson threw touchdown passes of 20, 65 and 36 yards, and ran for one to lead the Lancers (2-5, 2-2) at their homecoming game.
Olson connected on 10 of 19 passes with no interceptions and threw completions to nine receivers, including touchdown passes to Dominic Costanzo for 20 yards, Frank Melia for 65 yards and Patrick Hoffman for 36 yards.
Olson gave Thousand Oaks a 7-0 lead in the first quarter on a one-yard touchdown run.
Agoura (4-3, 2-2) rallied in the second half as Brad Altman scored on two one-yard touchdowns to pull Agoura to within 29-16 with 4:12 to play.
But Corey Mazza intercepted Chris Denove’s pass and returned it 32 yards for a touchdown to seal the victory with 2:08 to play.
Denove completed 12 of 37 passes for 200 yards and one interception.
Altman had 110 yards in 28 carries with two touchdowns, and Geo Martin caught four passes for 101 yards.
