You have to hand it to the sports organizers at Virginia Tech. They’ve got their football team rated No. 3 in the nation, without having to play one team in the top 41, according to the AP poll. And their quarterback is leading the Heisman race without having beaten a team with a pulse.
The Bush campaign could use these guys.
