Senior Dan Hickinbotham will return to action for Camarillo when the Scorpions (2-3) play at Channel Islands (1-4) tonight in a Pacific View League opener.

Hickinbotham, a nose guard and fullback, sat out a loss to Palmdale last week because of a gash on his chin sustained when he was hit by a teammate’s helmet during practice. The cut required 10 stitches.
