Services for actor David Dukes are scheduled for Monday at 11:30 a.m. at the Church of the Recessional in Forest Lawn Glendale.
Dukes’ wife, Carol Muske-Dukes, asks that any memorial donations be made to the David Dukes Memorial Scholarship Fund at the USC School of Theater, Drama Center, University Park, Los Angeles, CA 90089-0791.
Dukes died of a heart attack Monday in Lakewood, Wash., near Tacoma, where he had been filming a miniseries. He was 55.
