The City Council awarded a contract to R.J. Noble Co. for Dana Point’s annual roadway resurfacing project in a 5-0 vote Tuesday.
The firm was the lowest bidder for construction on city streets, including restoring curbs and gutters. The $619,945 contract will cover 15 streets. The project is expected to start within a month and last about two months, said Robert Warren, public works director.
