World Shopping Network to Buy Delphi

World Shopping Network Inc. in Santa Ana said it agreed to acquire Delphi Communications Inc., owner and operator of radio station KMET in the Riverside/Beaumont area. Financial terms were not disclosed. KMET carries live broadcasts of the Dodgers, Lakers and Kings games. The station airs country and western music when not broadcasting sports programs.
