The Rancho Santa Margarita public library will hold an interactive musical program for children between the ages of 5 and 7 at 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Oct. 24. The program will feature stories told in song and with the children singing along. The library is at 30902 La Promesa. The event is free. Information: (949) 459-6094.
