Planning Department members Larry Kjoss and Julie Molloy announced last week that they will be leaving their positions this month. Kjoss, who is moving to Long Beach, has served as a member of the Planning Commission since 1997. Molloy plans to leave her assistant planner position Friday and begin work as an associate planner in Laguna Hills.
