The city of Laguna Beach began providing animal services this month for Laguna Woods, but residents do not have to reregister their pets at the new shelter. Old licenses from the County Animal Shelter are accepted until they expire. Dog owners who need a new license can visit the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter, 20612 Laguna Canyon Road, or register by mail by calling (949) 497-3552.
