The City Council will meet tonight at 5 p.m. in the City Hall council chambers, 5275 Orange Ave. Issues include considering a parking plan for future Cypress Community Festivals, renewing animal control and shelter services with the county, donating used City Hall computers to Cypress High School and extending a conditional-use permit for Cypress Auto Body, on Walker Street.
