In the third-place game:
Coronado 11, Long Beach Wilson 6--Jesse Smith scored five goals for top-seeded Coronado. Caleb Miller and James Shin each scored two for Wilson.
In the fifth-place game:
No. 4 Foothill 8, North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake 7--Wes Fox scored the game-winner with one second remaining for Foothill. Fox finished with four goals, while Ian Elliott made 10 saves for the Knights (12-6). In an earlier game, Foothill beat No. 1 San Clemente, 7-6, as Elliott made 14 saves.
In a consolation game:
No. 7 Servite 3, San Jose Bellarmine 2--Mike Rustemeyer, Vincent Bevins and Adam Hewko scored first-half goals for Servite (12-3). Goalie Mark deGrasse had 13 saves for the Friars.
In an earlier game, Servite got four goals from Hewko and three from Bevins on their way to a 8-5 victory over Fresno Clovis West.
