7 TONIGHT CAL STATE FULLERTON
This might be a rare instance in which the lower-ranked team is the favorite. After all, Servite looks strong after four consecutive victories to open the season, while Edison has appeared sluggish in victory and defeat. The Chargers were humiliated last week in a 42-10 loss to top-ranked Mater Dei. But in fairness to Edison, running back Darryl Poston has been hampered by injuries all season. Charger Coach Dave White said Poston was only 85% for last week’s game. Edison will need him at full strength against a Servite defense that is giving up only 14 points per game.
