The City Council will consider a resolution that will set fees for services provided by the county Department of Animal Control.
The city has agreed to maintain fee levels that were in place before incorporation. The fees, which range from $30 for delivering a stray animal to its owner to a $100 citation for a vicious dog, will offset the amount paid by the city for the animal services contract.
The City Council meets at 7 p.m. today at the Trabuco Canyon Water District headquarters, 32003 Dove Canyon Drive.
