Commissioners will consider requests to construct an office building and a permit to sell cars at 12051 Harbor Blvd.; a restaurant called Joe’s Crab Shack with an outdoor dining area at 12011 Harbor Blvd.; and an auto repair garage and sales lot at 9672 Garden Grove Blvd.
