Amtrak train service is expected to be disrupted through Oct. 15 between Moorpark and Chatsworth while the Chatsworth Tunnel is closed for repairs. Riders on the long-distance Coast Starlight must board buses between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles; arrangements for local Pacific Surfliner riders vary. Metrolink is also busing passengers from affected stations. . . Visitors to Santa Fe, N.M., this month can catch its first-ever Jazz & International Music Festival. Starting Friday through Oct. 22, there will be two dozen concerts with 90 musicians. Headliners include Herbie Mann, Gary Burton and Dave Holland. Information: tel. An information line for those who held tickets for canceled voyages on Florida-based Premier Cruises, operator of the Big Red Boats, has been established: tel. (212) 425-1883. Premier suddenly suspended operations Sept. 14 after its ships were seized by creditors. The information line is to make claims on a $15-million surety bond posted by Premier.
