Amtrak train service is expected to be disrupted through Oct. 15 between Moorpark and Chatsworth while the Chatsworth Tunnel is closed for repairs. Riders on the long-distance Coast Starlight must board buses between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles; arrangements for local Pacific Surfliner riders vary. Metrolink is also busing passengers from affected stations. . . Visitors to Santa Fe, N.M., this month can catch its first-ever Jazz & International Music Festival. Starting Friday through Oct. 22, there will be two dozen concerts with 90 musicians. Headliners include Herbie Mann, Gary Burton and Dave Holland. Information: tel.
