Aware Products to Move to Simi Valley Facility

Aware Products of Chatsworth has signed an eight-year, $7.2-million lease on a 124,000-square-foot manufacturing plant and headquarters in Simi Valley. The company will relocate to the new facility at 4175 Guardian St. this month.
Delphi Business Properties of Van Nuys represented Aware Products, a manufacturer of hair care, body and bath products. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented the lessor, Sunrise Medical.
