The Planning Commission last week approved the construction of a $3-million Chevron service station and carwash at the city’s major gateway of Lake Forest Drive and Rockfield Boulevard.
The current Chevron station at the site will be demolished. The new 3,000-square-foot station will include a coffee bar and convenience store.
Construction is scheduled to start in October and be completed by the end of December.
