The Planning Commission tonight will consider a proposal by the Balboa Inn to construct two- and three-story buildings.
The inn wants to add 11 guest rooms, 2,060 square feet of retail space and a partially open parking garage.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 3300 Newport Blvd.
