San Marino Voters OK $18-Million School Bond

SAN MARINO — Voters in the San Marino Unified School District have approved an $18-million school bond measure.
Measure E won the support of 70.4% of voters in Tuesday’s special election. It required at least two-thirds approval for passage.
The bond issue will pay for the completion of overhauls at Valentine and Carver elementary schools, Huntington Middle School and San Marino High School.
