* Legend--Bob Dylan and his band will make a tour stop June 30 at Ventura County Fairgrounds, 10 W. Harbor Blvd., Ventura. Phil Lesh will open the show at 7 p.m. Stadium seating tickets--$37, plus service charges--are available through Ticketmaster outlets. 656-1260 or 583-8700.
* Bard Fest--The fourth annual Kingsmen Shakespeare Festival will return to Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. “Romeo and Juliet” will open the festival and play June 30 and July 1-2, 7-9, 21-23. “The Taming of the Shrew” will play July 14-16, 28-30 and Aug. 4-6. The grounds open at 5:30 p.m. for picnicking and pre-show entertainment, including strolling musicians, dancing, juggling and sword-fight demonstrations. Performances begin at 8 p.m. The festival is held on campus at Kingsmen Park, 60 W. Olsen Road. Festival seating is free; bring your own chairs or blankets. Limited reserved seating, $10. * Summer Concerts--The “Music Under the Stars” concert series at Olivas Adobe in Ventura will return July 1 with the high-energy jump swing band Zoot Suit Revue. The series will continue each Saturday through Aug. 26, offering a wide range of musical styles. Performances begin at 7 p.m. The historic adobe is at 4200 Olivas Park Drive. $10; $8 seniors and children. Reserved tables: $5 (seats four). 658-4726.
* Holiday Pops--The Conejo Pops Orchestra, led by conductor Elmer Ramsey, will perform patriotic tunes July 4 at Conejo Community Park, Dover and Hendrix avenues, Thousand Oaks. Picnicking encouraged. No pets. Free. 381-2747.
