The City Council this week will discuss the proposed 2000-01 fiscal year budget, estimated at $3.9 million.
City officials also will consider the cost of funding street lighting inside Leisure World.
The council will meet at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the boardroom of the Leisure World Administration Building, 23522 Paseo de Valencia.
