Telenetics Approves Equity Capital Pact

Telenetics Corp., a Lake Forest provider of proprietary wireless data communications products, said Monday that it has closed a financing agreement for $50 million in equity capital over the next 18 months.

The financing was arranged through the investment banking firm of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.
