The creation of a city general plan will be discussed during a town hall forum, hosted by the Leisure World’s Community Assn. Residents are encouraged to give their input on creating a guideline for development.
The meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Clubhouse Five.
Kevin Canning, director of Laguna Woods’ community development, will discuss land-use, recreation and transportation issues.
