FORREST CITY, Ark. — A prosecutor who had the FBI test the wrong strand of hair from the 1991 murder of a schoolgirl said Wednesday he will drop charges against the suspect.

That left no physical evidence to link Robbie Dale Tubbs of Weiner to the death of 9-year-old Christina Pipkin, Long said.
