A public memorial service for Nathan Cohen, a local bookstore owner who died June 5, will be at Eisenhower Park at 10 a.m. Saturday. Several speakers are scheduled and readings will include Alfred Lord Tennyson’s 1889 poem “Crossing the Bar.” In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted by the Seal Beach Animal Care Center.
