This article used the term “downtown Camarillo.” I’ve been here almost two years and have never found downtown Camarillo. I have located a City Hall tucked in behind a strange little mall without even a full-scale food store, a police station about two miles to the northeast, a library somewhere in between, but where oh where is downtown Camarillo?
