NOVACAP to Move to New Larger Headquarters

NOVACAP, Valencia, has leased a 44,460-square-foot facility at 25136 W. Anza Drive, Valencia, to serve as its new headquarters. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. About 150 people will be employed at the new, larger facility, which is across the street from the company’s former headquarters. Delphi Business Properties represented both NOVACAP and the owner, the Rosen Family Trusts of Los Angeles.
NOVACAP, a subsidiary of Dover Technologies International, manufactures ceramic chip capacitors for communications, telecommunications, aerospace and medical industries.
