Four Crown Foods Changes Name, Trading Symbol

Four Crown Foods Inc., Glendale, said its shareholders have approved a name change to Universal Domains Inc. effective immediately. Shares will be traded on the Bulletin Board under the symbol UDCCF. The name change reflects the recent acquisition of the rights to at least 5,000 domain names from the David Sams Group.
The company is repositioning itself as a domain name registration business.
