A sea of U.S. flags is expected at the city’s annual Flag Day celebration at the Civic Center at noon Wednesday. Small flags will be handed out to everyone attending the event hosted by the City Council and the Westminster Elks Lodge.
Patriotic music is on tap from the Warner Middle School Band and Elks members will read a presentation on the flag’s history. Information: (714) 898-3311.
